CHREIS is an independent Zurich-based series built around a unique concept: 12 episodes for Zurich’s 12 districts.
Starting with CHREIS 12, each new episode takes place in another district and is connected to the previous one. With every release, the story grows into a longer cinematic experience until all 12 episodes ultimately become one complete film.
And there is one important rule: CHREIS can only be experienced in cinemas. No streaming platforms, no online release. The idea is to bring people back together in front of the big screen and create something that grows together with its audience.
Created and produced independently by Cédric Zürrer and Fabian Diebold, the series features Swiss personalities including Gabirano, Melanie Winiger, Anaïs Decasper and Dean Schneider.
