Derendinger | Logistics

For Derendinger, we produced a logistics film that brings the entire journey of a spare part to life. At the heart of the project was one simple question: What happens between ordering a spare part at a garage and the moment it is delivered?

Over the course of two production days, we followed this journey across several locations. The first shoot took us through the roads of Graubünden and into the workshop of Auto Decurtins AG in Sils im Domleschg. On the second day, we filmed at Derendinger’s national distribution center in Niederbipp, capturing the logistics operations behind the scenes.

From the initial order to picking and processing in the warehouse, loading and final delivery by van, the film follows the key stages of the supply chain. Our focus was not only on the processes themselves, but also on the people who make sure that the right part arrives at the right place at the right time, every single day.

Visually, the goal was to create a modern, high-quality and dynamic film while maintaining an authentic view of Derendinger’s day-to-day operations. Dynamic camera work, detailed sound design, custom-produced music and professional color grading bring the different stages together into one cohesive story.

From concept and the two-day shoot through to the complete post-production process, we created a film that goes beyond simply explaining Derendinger’s logistics. It makes the scale, precision and people behind the operation visible and tangible.
